杭州大厦B座7层原为儿童层,现正焕新升级为高端男装区域。作为中国高端商业的引领者,杭州大厦始终致力于空间体验的持续进化,本次改造以“品质、时尚、松弛感与生活气息”为核心关键词,力求在高端调性与创新体验之间找到新的平衡点。 本次改造面临的最大挑战,是空间层高极为有限——梁底高度仅2.6米。如何在低矮空间中实现视觉舒适与功能完备的双重目标,成为设计的核心命题。我们通过精密分析原有店铺布局与梁位结构,提出机电系统优化方案:将主干管线合理布置于店铺内部,中央公区则采用风机盘管点状布局,最大限度释放公共空间的高度潜力。然后通过对视线与动线的精细梳理,我们将水平视野延展至中央花园区域,有效缓解低矮空间带来的压迫感,并强化本层与未改造区域的视觉衔接与动线引导。 在体验设计上,我们既保留了成熟高端客群对品质与舒适的敏感度,也注入了年轻化的探索元素,构建一个兼具包容性与新鲜感的男装聚落。材料上,在主要公共走廊,地面延续楼下的简洁浅色地面, 柱子引入奢侈的大理石。 而在探索区, 裸露的天花和镜面,前卫而松弛,跟其余部分形成强烈对比,自成一体。 改造后的男装层,延续了楼下奢侈品区域的简约美学基调,同时融入更具生活感与探索性的空间语言。它不再只是购物的场所,而是一个可逛、可买、可玩、可停留的生活方式空间。在这里,购物成为一种体验,体验本身,也成为生活的一部分。 The 7th floor of Building B at Hangzhou Tower, originally the children's floor, is currently undergoing a transformation and upgrade to become a high-end menswear zone. As a leader in China's premium retail sector, Hangzhou Tower is committed to the continuous evolution of spatial experiences. The core themes of this renovation are "quality, fashion, relaxation, and a sense of life," aiming to find a new balance between upscale ambiance and innovative experience. The greatest challenge of this project was the extremely limited ceiling height, with the bottom of the beams measuring only 2.6 meters. The primary design objective was to achieve both visual comfort and functional completeness within this low space. Through detailed analysis of the original store layouts and beam structures, an optimized mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system was proposed: main pipelines were strategically placed within the store interiors, while central public areas adopted a decentralized fan coil unit layout, maximizing the potential height in public spaces. By carefully planning sightlines and circulation paths, the horizontal visual field was extended towards the central garden area, effectively alleviating the sense of oppression from the low ceiling and enhancing visual connection and traffic flow with the unrenovated adjacent areas. In terms of experiential design, the project maintains the established high-end clientele's sensitivity to quality and comfort while infusing youthful, exploratory elements. This creates a menswear cluster that is both inclusive and fresh. Material-wise, the main public corridors continue the minimalist, light-toned flooring from the floor below, with columns clad in luxurious marble. In the exploration zone, exposed ceilings and mirrored surfaces offer a cutting-edge, relaxed feel, forming a strong contrast with the other areas and establishing its own distinct identity. The renovated menswear floor continues the minimalist aesthetic of the luxury zones on the lower floors, while incorporating a more lifestyle-oriented and exploratory spatial language. It is no longer just a place for shopping but a lifestyle destination where one can stroll, shop, engage, and linger.
